Bailey O’Toole, LMFT
Telehealth Appointments
(she/her/hers)
Bailey is a Marriage and Family Therapist and is a graduate of the University of Iowa. She completed her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Mount Mercy University. Bailey enjoys working with adults and couples.
Specific areas of interest are mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, and couples work. Bailey’s treatment philosophy is to meet clients where they are and to build a solid relationship grounded in trust and security. Bailey works from a model of Emotionally Focused Therapy, which elicits emotions and feelings underneath conflict, trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety to get to the root cause of these issues. In addition to Emotionally Focused Therapy, Bailey utilizes other approaches and models tailored to each client as she sees fit, so that all clients will be successful, as each is unique and special and requires different treatment approaches.
In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her son doing activities, watching him play in his many sports activities, and attending playdates. Bailey also loves spending quality time with family and friends. She loves to travel when the opportunity presents itself.
