Erin is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). She received her Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She also earned a Certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy.

Erin brings over twenty years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in school-based, medical, hospice, and community settings. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and life transitions.

Her approach is strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, attachment-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. Erin incorporates expressive arts therapy, play therapy, CBT, mindfulness, movement, and somatic approaches to help clients build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience.

Erin believes creativity and connection are powerful pathways for healing. Inspired by her experiences with travel, cultural exchange, dance, and the arts, she honors the interconnected relationship between the mind and body and helps clients discover greater balance, authenticity, and connection within themselves.
