Her therapeutic style blends cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices, helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change that enhances overall well-being.

Jill creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to grow. Her work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep commitment to each individual's healing journey.

Outside the therapy room, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, getting lost in a good book, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
