Jordan is in his temporary licensure, working to complete licensure requirements and become fully licensed. He graduated from Mount Mercy University, completing his Masters (M.A ) of Marriage and Family Therapy in 2023 and has been working to better understand how best to serve client's and help them achieve their therapy goals.
Jordan enjoys working with Teens and above, having an interest in areas such as; trauma, relationships and marriage based work, and narrative-meaning making. Jordan believes that clients that are given the proper space to explore freely, without judgement, often hold the keys to their own success. Jordan applies a collaborative/client-focused approach of therapy and works to understand the client's world by asking questions from the Socratic method and collaborative theory of therapy. Jordan also applies neuroscience and metaphor to help client's better understand how stress is held within the body.
